yep, that is the stupidest poor job of tying tractors onto a trailer I have ever seen. I see garden tractors tied to trailers that way and cringe. Do you have ANY idea what would happen if a tractor that size came loose and fell off that trailer? Good test for a securely tied down machine is if the trailer was turned upside-down would the machine stay on the trailer. What happens when you back that trailer up and jump on the brake pedal with both feet?
Your old age is no excuse for being so irresponcible and foolish. If you can't tie those tractors down properly you should put an SMV emblem on the back, red flag and maybe flashing lights and drive them home.
