Interesting that others have moved into pork substitutes also. My sweetie has digestion problems and I have deliberately gone along with her on the groceries to replace beef with pork. Buy it in the ground package like you buy ground beef. I'm amazed at how well it fits into beef recipes I always enjoyed.
On burgers, we have mixed beef and pork half and half for a tasty burger. I find that open flames with the hardwood of your choice, and getting a little charring, really enhances the flavor without adding any sugar that accompanies most BBQ sauces.
