Going to require a breaker panel somewhere . What exactly is this pole the power is being sourced from ? Maybe needing protection on the supply end of this supply cable .
I am with the others , you will never regret installing a proper breaker panel in the shed with at least 60amps and 120/240v.
When building the shed and sinking posts, that would have been the time to install the building's ground .
