I was confused as well, but I'll take a stab at translation:
kruser told some kids to skedaddle off of a county road. Kids reported him to the cops. Cop came out (YOUNG cop, not sure why that's relevant though) and tried to determine if it was kruser who was the guy, must have had a description or plate # of kruser's work truck, which he was in when he encountered the kids. Kruser was glad it wasn't one of his or his wife's daily drivers (giving the plate #'s for some reason, again, not sure why that's relevant) but then he says best not to show those cars on the road for awhile??? Dang, I thought I had it. :lol: It would have made sense if he was going to keep the work truck off the road. Oh well, used too many brain cells on that one tonite. :lol:
