If what you say is true then Tesla is sitting on 500,000,000 dollars (yes that's a half a Billion) of other people's money. I should hope they have enough cash to stay in business for a few more months anyway. And a 100,000+ dollar electric supercar is but a plaything for those who drive 300,000 dollar cars for their daily driver. (not me, I worry about the last tractor I paid 450 bucks for and wonder if I gave too much) Comparing a Chevy Volt to a Tesla is like comparing an 8N Ford to a new Fendt tractor.
