The best way is to take it to a farm tire store and pay the 10 or 20 dollars per tire to pump it. They can 'dispose' the calcium,too.Or you could hook up a drill operated pump and pump it into a barrel. Then you need to find a way to dispose of it.Or you can simply remove the core and let it run out all over the ground. But that practice is highly not recommended.Possibily illegal in some areas,too.
