Keep at it. I have to keep after my wife to wear hers but it does have benefits like not having a heart attack and not falling asleep at the wheel. She quit hers for a while until she woke up on the wrong shoulder of the road 2 weeks ago. I had a sleep study with the CPAP after my uvula removal surgery and I know I felt awful the next morning. The conclusion from the sleep study was that there was not enough benefit in my case. I wonder if your mask isn't fitted right or perhaps because you said your apnea is mild maybe the pressure isn't right. Good luck with it.
