I have had mine for over 14 years and won't go to sleep without it.I use a mask that covers my nose ,but leaves my mouth open.Mask is a Mesired activa. and use a bipap/cpap machine with a humidifier. I also Have an oxygen concentrator. It took a few nites to tolerate it , But I have to have it or will stop breathing (permanently). Made a HUGE difference in my life. Was told by more than one doctor I would not live to be 50 years old and am 57 now and don't have any plans on leaving soon.(Knock on wood)If you need the Mask WEAR it ! A sleep study will be accurate, Its not a joke. I've had a CDL for 39 years and still have it although I don't drive Trucks anymore do to other Disability's.
