I'm on one about 15 years, wish I'd had it 20 years sooner. I have some nights where it bothers me but it's more from having trouble sleeping that it's annoying. Used two different nasal types up till this year but the shape of my head lets them slide forward. Now have on that covers my nose only with straps around the back. Much better. They do take some getting used to.
