This is stupid on the drivers part no questions asked. But the real blame goes to the stores who allow this to take place and never say a word. All stores have this problem mainly in the fire lane in front of the store. I for one believe in towing away any thing parked illegally, in a fire lane, loading dock and certainly handicapped parking spots. This entitlement has to stop somewhere. People do what they are allowed to do no matter how it affects others. These same people learn very quickly when slapped with a fine or towing and storage
