This is stupid on the drivers part no questions asked. But the real blame goes to the stores who allow this to take place and never say a word. All stores have this problem mainly in the fire lane in front of the store. I for one believe in towing away any thing parked illegally, in a fire lane, loading dock and certainly handicapped parking spots. This entitlement has to stop somewhere.
