When I purchased this tractor (Massey Ferguson 65) it wasn't running and the arms on the 3 point hitch was dragging the ground due to small tires on rear of tractor. so to be able to pull it home I grabbed the arms and raised them up and to my surprise they stayed up where they remain to this day. It didn't take long for me to get the tractor running but I haven't got the arms on the 3 point hitch to move since I raised them by force. Any ideas of what my problem might be would be greatly appreciated
