Get a repeating trap or make a bucket trap. Plans on internet. Maybe put a cat in the chicken coop with the chickens and don't feed the cat very much. When we had my MIL's chickens, we were overrun with mice. The cats could not get into the chicken house. After the chickens were gone, i opened up a door, and found dead mice all over the yard for a couple weeks. Hardly ever see evidence of a mouse now days.
