Four speed tractor like a NAA is way too fast for a tiller. With the engine revved up enough to run the tiller, in 1st gear it will be going 2-3 MPH. I have a Ford 641 with the four speed and it is useless with a rear PTO powered tiller. My 1960 IH 275 runs the same tiller great but because it has low-low that runs 1 MPH at PTO speed. Same with my Ferguson TO-35 Deluxe. If you want a rear 3 point tiller to work well, you need one that is self-powered with its own engine.
