Well I don't know what my new speeds would be but my old turf tires were 43" tall and bush hogging I was always between first gear in high or 4th gear in low. Really needs taller tires so I can stay in low and not have to change H/L. Plus the tractor leans/squars heavily because of the short rear tires. Not sure if the 16.9 would be too much but it's $600 for a brand new set of takeoffs. Supposedly the 8lug 6" hole I need.
