Had a guy here got a DUI in his drive. Disabled Vet with breathing issues associated with Agent Orange and missing an arm due to combat action in Viet Nam. He didn't have AC in his house so on a really hot day he was sitting in his car with the AC on. Neighbor that he didn't get along with called the cops. He did beat the charges defended by another Vet, Marine JAG officer retired who took the case for free.
Now knowing the guy I doubt he had any intention of driving but I'll bet he got mouthy with the cop. He did have an open barley pop in the car.
