Bob, you've probably heard of Mineola, KS. I'll probably never forget an incident there. One morning a friend was hitching his big, beautiful team of dog gentle Percheron mules. Now they were fully mature (8-12???) AND he'd been driving day after day for four or five weeks. Anyway the mules spooked, ran away, demolished a gate, and then headed up the highway for Mineola and Dodge City. Of course they were eventually caught and other than the gate little damage was done, but it was certainly interesting to have been around when that happened. Needless to say I'm prejudiced toward horses and against mules (not only because of this one incident). Kelly
