All W30's came with an oil filter. The F20 and F30 use the same one. They mounted to the engine with 3 bolts on a raised boss put there just for the filter. If you have the mount finding and installing should be easy. If your missing the mounting boss your engine has been changed to an earlier block from a 10-20. The W30 and F30 used the same engine and engines were diverted from the line to one or the other. Thats why the serial numbers don't match the tractor numbers. My F30 block was freeze damaged beyond repair, This is the W30 block I replaced it with. All the internals except 2 rods and sleeves are the originals.
This is my W30 which someone removed and bypassed the oil filter you can see the top 2 mounting bolts, the third is just visible under the bypass loop.
