I'm not familiar with the case 210b. Many 2 wd drive tractors do have diff. locks. But some do not. We have an older JD 4020 made before you could get them with diff. lock. Not many times I have needed it though. It has a loader on it and can dig and push dirt about as good as a 450 case dozer ! I was digging out some shale /dirt and remember leaving 2 black marks on the shale from the rear wheels spinning and digging in.
