I have an Oliver 1650D the three point hitch arms won't lift. All the fluids are full tried with the PTO on no luck. We had the whole thing apart and couldn't find anything wrong. Obviously we missed something. Someone did tell me about a small part (don't remember for sure) said it cost more to take it apart and replace than the part cost. any ideas?
