I'm just reporting what the news reports. One semi driver killed last time. 6 auto drivers killed from semi's ramming in the back of cars/mini vans in previous times. All accidents occurred miles from actual construction site merge lanes. Traffic was backed up because at construction site down to 1 one lane.
You can come up with excuses, but when you ram into the back of someone for any reason, Good chance you are at fault. You are suppose to have control of vehicle at all times.
Perhaps someday all vehicles will have dash cams to prove who is wrong. I installed a dash cam on my car just for that purpose. Stupid people driving way too fast and driving like IDIOTS.
