Say what you will guys,but I'd rather have a heart attack while I'm working hard and die on the spot than lay in a nursing home wasting away for years. Dad laid there for 54 weeks after a massive stroke. He mustered enough strength to pull out his trache tube twice because he wanted to die and finally be free of it. My brother had to put my mother in a home last week.
Not me. Let me die while I'm working and somebody can come out and tell me it's time to quit because I'm dead. I pray that I go that way.
