I have an International Industrial 464 with shuttle shift it works real good and is handy,on the other hand I have an Allis Chalmers I600 shuttle and it has a long stick on the left side
for the shuttle not very handy.If I were you I'd be looking at older industrial tractors most have a shuttle of some type and many times if they don't have PTO or 3pt they go cheap.
My Oliver 1365 with a loader works good for a straight shift loader tractor,transmission is smooth shifting and goes into gear easy.
