The old saying goes "when you come to the end of your rope tie a knot and hang in there" probably not the exact words but close. The few times I have been laid up, moving around and doing things hurt. Physical pain tends to slow us down. You probably don't have much pain and you feel reasonably good so being a normally active person you want to go out and do things. This would drive me up a wall too. I can assure you your feelings are shared by many others who are in the same position you are in. Verbalizing your feelings helps so if you feel like complaining we will listen.
