It could be flooded. Try again in the morning, without choke first.
If it still doesn't want to start, double check the spark again, at the plugs, while cranking.
And double check the wires for proper order and position.
A good test for fuel actually making it to the engine is to hold your hand over the air inlet of the carb, give it a crank. Gas should wet your hand.
If the engine is getting a little tired, and you did a lot of cranking when it didn't have spark, It may have flooded enough to wash down the cylinders. If everything checks out, and still no start, try a couple shots of light oil in each cylinder.
