Well guys I had some of my toys out the other day to allow me to clean up my shed, it was a lovely sunny day particularly for Scotland. The pictures show all the models you guys know and which some of you will have used over the years. All popular machines for you guys in Canada and the US. Here in my area of the world though they are fairly rare models, Case 900b, International 660, Massey 1155, 2805 and of course one of my all time favourites a 97 fwa. Got to thinking about the 97 and the n/a and 97 chalked on the nose, I did some researce a few years ago and found this tractor was one of the 2500 or so Gary Phillips tractors sold after he passed away. Well what I wondering is do any of you guys own one of the other tractors sold at his auction? If so what model and what area or part of the world did it end up in. It would also be interesting to see which one traveled the farthest, I guessing mine traveled around 4000-4500miles. Just interested and thought it might generate a bit of discussion.

The generator was shot as well as all the wiring. I dropped off the tractor expecting a transformation from a 6 volt to a 12 volt system utilizing the original generator housing, and a total rewiring of the whole tractor. The front end center pin bushing was worn also so I ask that they replace it if they had time. Well, that’s wha
