I sold some of all those brands in the 20 years I was in the tire business. FYI I just checked with my old supplier, if I was still in the tire business the 13.6 X38 SAmpson would cost you $438.00 each put on the tractor at the shop. That is with the rim still on the tractor. Tube + pumping fluid if you have it would be extra. Hope you can find a better deal close to home. Firestone's cost more but they are a far better tire.
