We received an empty box, torn open and the part fell out. I went down to the main depot, talked to the lady I have been dong business with for years, gave her a description of the part, asked if the driver would check his truck to see if it was rolling around in back when he was done with the route.
No way! Anything loose in the truck or undeliverable goes in a box, when the box is full it goes to corporate head quarters somewhere...
If I want to file a claim, they will sort through the box there, when they get around to it. Could take 30 days or more to get an answer. Or not...
