I've got two of them, and on the longer one (40') they sloped it about 4" in the length of it, so the water would run off the end. I don't think the shorter one (21') is sloped, but neither of them leak.
Was fun to watch them being put up- everybody knew their part of the job, and it went like clock-work. Both crews had one guy who spoke good English, so they could communicate with the buyer. They only missed the support member once with a screw, and had a fairly elaborate procedure to back it up and seal it with caulk. And yes, the guy walking on the first roof sheet at the peak was fairly scary, especially since they had absolutely no safety ropes or straps.
