I have a set of weights that I was told are probably the rarest of the rare. I bought them 25 years ago from a fella who found them in a shed while he was gathering things up for an estate sale. He found one and then started digging around in the dirt hoping to find the other. He luckily did find it. Will probably never sell them and just pass them down to my son. They are an original pair A1826R. I had a fella in Michigan wanting them pretty bad a few years ago. He said they fit front spoke steel wheels. I said something to Dennis Polk a few years ago and he said he recalls selling only one pair in all his years??? Some day I should buy an old original A on steel and put them on it. Probably worth more than the tractor. Or perhaps loan them to a museum where they could be put on a tractor for display?
