My GF and I have been buying our eggs at an egg auction locally for several years. On a whim, she went to Aldi's with a co-worker and bought some of their cheap eggs. Those are the lousiest eggs we have ever had, and I cannot wait until they are used up. They have a lousy texture, poor taste, and are way smaller than what we are accustomed to. I wouldn't buy them again even if they were 10 cents a dozen. BTW, no disrespect to Aldi stores. They have good quality foods for the most part. Their pickles are the best I have had that were not home made.
