On ebay in general, I purchased over 200 items building up my model train layout and for other miscellaneous things. Have nothing but praise for the way they manage their site. I have only had 2 problems and both were resolved through feedback to the seller to my satisfaction, no questions asked.
Course I like their bidirectional reporting too. The seller and the buyer have credit histories.....so when you do contact a seller he/she can check you out and see if you are honest or something otherwise and direct their reply accordingly. The site monitors your request in that after a set period they come back and ask you if your problem was resolved properly. Neat. You have to have good management to have a system like ebay survive and they have done a super job if you ask me.
