Leave the tractor in neutral. Let the clutch out. Does it move? If so the tractor is stuck in whatever gear it tries to move in.
With the engine off, try all the gears. One of the three shift gates will just flop, instead of clicking in and out of gear like the other two.
The three shift gates are R-1 on the left, 2-3 in the middle, and 4-5 on the right.
If that isn't it then it is most likely your are seized up, or maybe you just forgot to unlock them? Not locked? Take them apart and clean them out. It's pretty simple.
