These do, in fact, match the date that your seller mentioned. Use some Never-Dull or other cleaner to get rid of as much rust as possible and list for sale as "Original" and "Vintage". I think if you list too low you won't get much interest as folks may think you bought new ones and distressed them, so I, personally, would not try to add any paint detailing to them.
