Does your tractor and implement have more than one set of holes for the top link? If they do, put the top link in the lower set of holes on the tractor and the upper set of holes on the implement. This will raise the back of the implement as much as possible and thereby lower the front. If this is not an option and you can’t make another set of holes above the existing ones on the implement like the other guy advised you might want a hydraulic top link so you can shorten it at the same time as you are raising the implement.
