what got me about that whole phasing out of incandecent bulbs was the government mandating it. Telling us what to do because it was good for us. At the time the only other option was the curly bulbs and I hate those things. I do like the new led jobs and as the incandescent bulbs burn out they're getting replaced with led. I say let the free market sort it out and quit being a nanny state. The people will adapt if they see there's an advantage to doing so.
