Kinda odd don't you think that years ago when they made it mandatory for all new motorcycles to have the headlights on when running? For several years the motorcycle accident rate went down, then right back up again. Study I read claimed that after the first couple of years people were so use to seeing motorcycles with the head light on that they "stopped" seeing them again. So in the long run if what they said way back then is true, cars with headlights on 24/7 will soon not be seen again.
Yea MN has the rain/headlight law too. And yes, in bad weather I think they should be on.
