An old fella with heart trouble has 24 acres of treasures here, you can view it from Google Earth. I've never been there, but he was buying old scrap when I was a kid I guess, the iron just piles up.....
Someday such treasure troves won't be around any more, when the old pass on the place gets sold for scrap iron, hauled to China to make Walmart/Target trinkets, and all the old disappears. Zoning laws tend to grandfather such places in, but you can't start a new 'collection' of iron piles anymore in most places, so when they are gone, they are gone.
