Remove tank. Put screws, nails, or gravel in tank. Mount it tightly to center of tractor wheel on another tractor. And go for a drive. That will shine the inside up. Dump everything out and rinse good. Reinstall. Do not add an inline fuel filter. Just go back to original screens/sediment bowl.
