I went through the suspension on my trailer a few weeks back. I took off all the mobile home tires and replaced with actual loboy tires I've scrounged out of local scrapyard. I had one leaker so I put a mobile home tire on til I got it fixed.
I didn't notice it then, but when I switched them today I realized the loboy tire weighs about twice what the mobile home one does. There is definitely a difference in them.
