I wouldn't use a Deere three point if you paid me. I take that back - the three point on the 4440 and 8430 seem to work reasonably correct, but nothing of consequence here is three point anymore. The 7800 has that style three point control. It frustrates me every winter so I quit putting the blade on that tractor. I put the scraper on the IH 886 and it works great. That three point works like a charm.
The 4020 three point is going to kill someone someday. It has only two settings - up or down. That's handy with a post hole digger. That tractor has always been that way and came to this farm new. I thought it was the draft control setting, but that is set like it's supposed to be. It is as big of a frustration as the 7800. Give me an IH three point any day.
