Have you told your dealer about these issues ? Perhaps there is a service bulletin on this and maybe an upgrade can be added ? Also maybe there are some features on it to make it hold position better and you are not aware of ? like something electronic ?
I also agree that the quality of newer tractors from Deere has slipped. So maybe it is just a POS ? I see that poorer quality in my 5105 and it is around a year 2000 ?
Might want to check out Kubota as they have came along ways than they used to be.
