Hi, have a 20 by 120 ft garden that I just went over it with cultivator , I want to cover crop it this summer , and fall , not sure what kind of cover crop to use in. SE WI , I was thinking something that would add lots of organic mass that would be thick enough To block weeds , would sorghum work? I have small sickle bar to cut it . So I am asking what would be ideal summer crop that would not grow back Thanks in advance for replies
