Dining out 5 times every week (plus many other lifestyle changes) = spending money unnecessarily = demand for higher wages and so on and so on down the line. The last thing in the equation is jobs lost to other countries which we can't seem to figure out why it happened and expect our politicians to solve the problem. I just finished using a 1-gallon Craftsman MADE IN USA hand-held weed sprayer. Almost 50 years old, all brass sprayer fittings, galvanized tank, still like new (mind you I took care of it). What is now made offshore is a disgrace, it might last for a few years at best, then a guy goes out and buys another one. Nobody else to blame but ourselves (me included) for that happening. Hmmm, did I wander off topic a bit here, not sure ???
