Every thing moves as it should when you shift gears be it 1,2,3,4 or R. Everything moves as it should and not broken parts that i can see. I am think there is a good chance the bearing between the input shaft and out put shaft has rusted up froze up or welded it self up in some way. I plan to that the top off here in a few and try to pry the high gear backwards and see if the engine turns at the same time when I do that. If find it to be a bad bearing this is not going to be fun to split to fix it with the back hoe and loader on it Thanks
Oh by the way if it is like the 2N transmission there is a bearing between the input and out put shaft I just took the input shaft out of a 2N transmission I have laying around just to see what was there
