we have looked all over all different parts of TN, my in laws have a time share in Gatlingburg so we went there a few times and traveled all over from there.
We also looked at farms in Virgina too, have a good friend with lots of spare bed rooms in lady smith so we stayed there a while and went all over from there.
Almost signed the line on a farm in west Virgina back in February but I was hours late getting back to the realtor, it was only listed on the market for 3 days. Perfect house and land 83 acres, unbleavable price!
My regular job is with the Feds, so I can transfer anywhere I want. So location is not a big deal.
