And to make it worse, I know some folks (not me) who are on some kind of a diet challenge thing. One of the items recommended to replace some of the protein in a normal diet is something called "keen-wa" or something like that. Out of curiousity I tasted some. NO flavor at all, and a less than desirable texture and consistency. I googled it. It is NOT grain. It is seeds. Seeds from the Amaranth weed, more commonly known around here as PIGWEED!
