Take the right side inspection plate off the one with the dip stick. Then look inside and watch for oil movement you should see very little oil moving. If you see oil moving very much that is where the problem is. You can also try moving the control by hand you may not have the control lever hooked up correctly or it maybe bent and if bent your 3 point will not work
