Need some help!
I am having an issue with the 6v charging system on my 1955 Farmall Cub. So far I have checked: generator output, amp meter, battery, and wiring. All are in acceptable working condition. About a year ago, I purchased a voltage regulator from Yesterday's Tractor Co. and it was defective. They sent me a replacement and it worked for about a month and then my amp meter began consistently reading on the "D" side... In the past, I would check to see if the regulator was working by turning the work
lights on and seeing if the needle would move. In the past it would. Now nothing but "D".. Any suggestions or other things for me to check into would be greatly appreciated.
