"Model Master" liquid cement for plastic models in a black triangular 2 oz bottle. Has a long steel tube about the diameter of an upholstery sewing needle. Can squirt it or let out one drop at a time. For a long seam like putting 2 halves of a fuselage together just put the parts together and run the end of the tube down the seam and it leaves a thin bead, almost invisible.
On things like landing gears and their axles and supports where the parts are tiny and have to support a lot of weight, "just a little dab will do you" (forget the origin of that jingle) and give it 24 hrs to set. Really on those kinds of parts, I prefer a jeweler's glue "G-S Hypo Cement", pinpoint (and they do mean pinpoint) accuracy for fine jewelry and other things.
The The MM is a solvent and melts the plastic like welding PVC with it's glue, but the jeweler's is a non interacting chemical and just adheres two surfaces, especially slick ones, together.
ebay sells both or the hundreds of hobby shops around Hobbylinc, is a mail order from which I bought a lot of things and had a large variety. Problem I have with them vs ebay is with ebay you have your item in a couple of days whereas HL it takes much longer.
I guarantee you, when you get tired of tractors as a hobby and the weather is terrible, models are a real enjoyment.
