I had a 1973 Ossa 250 Six Day Replica Enduro bike. I bought it used in about 1982-'83. It started right up after cleaning the Mikuni carb the original owner put on it. I rode it a lot, close to 2000 miles. It finally got hard to start, weak spark, was either weak magnets in the Motoplat ignition or weak coil. It was a $1200- $1300 bike new, I paid $100 for it, and gave it away about 1991. The guy I gave it to still rides a new KTM, bet he'd give me my old bike back if I asked and he still had it. No local Spanish bike dealers, no Internet, not even much available mail order, closest Ossa dealer was 70-80 miles away and he didn't stock much.
